1. For iOS and Android
These notices apply to both MYBOSPARK versions, including plans, group training, exercise images, coach audio and analysis. Availability and sensor support depend on app version, device and operating system. Mentioning Android does not mean the app is already available on Google Play in every country.
2. Fitness, not medical care
MYBOSPARK supports general fitness and training records. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or monitor disease, or for emergencies, and does not replace an individual medical examination or qualified instruction. Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness or feel unwell, and seek professional advice where needed. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
3. Train safely
Adapt movement, resistance, repetitions and breaks to your abilities. Secure equipment and weights and follow manufacturer instructions. Advanced variations are not beginner recommendations. Exercise images, sources and translations do not guarantee correct individual execution or freedom from injury. If instructions are unclear, do not start the exercise; ask a qualified person.
4. Readings and estimates
Heart-rate sensors and imported health data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Calories, BO-Score, load and recovery times are estimates or training guidance, not medical measurements or clearance to exercise. No particular fitness, weight or health result is guaranteed. Bluetooth LE heart-rate transmission requires a compatible device. Direct live transmission from every smartwatch, particularly an Apple Watch without an additional watch solution, is not promised; ANT+ and GymLink are not offered as supported interfaces.
5. Groups, children and shared plans
The instructor must consider suitability, a safe environment and necessary supervision. An imported plan is not a reviewed individual training recommendation. Check exercises and intensity before starting. Do not share personal health information about other people.
6. Statutory rights are preserved
These safety notices do not exclude statutory liability or limit mandatory consumer rights. This includes liability for culpably caused harm to life, body or health, and for intent or gross negligence. These notices are neither a waiver of claims nor consent to data processing.
